Refunds are considered for cancellations made within the eligible refund window, confirmed booking errors, duplicate charges, or service failures attributable to ZitTaxi.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at info@zittaxi.in with booking details and reason. Provide booking ID, date/time, and supporting evidence if applicable.

3. Processing Time & Method

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

4. Non-refundable Items

Cancellation fees, no-show charges, or fees from third-party processors may be non-refundable as described at checkout.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your payment provider, we may request documentation to resolve the matter. Frequent chargebacks may lead to account review.
