1. Using Our Services

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings may require a valid payment method. Fares, taxes, and applicable fees are displayed at checkout. We may use third-party payment processors; their terms also apply.

3. User Responsibilities

• Follow local laws and respect drivers and other passengers.
• Provide accurate pickup/drop information and be punctual.
• Refrain from damaging vehicles or leaving hazardous items in cabs.

4. Cancellation & No-shows

Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and service type. No-shows may be charged a portion of the fare to compensate the driver.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZitTaxi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total fees paid for the booking in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by ZitTaxi. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the updated date at the top; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ZitTaxi operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
